General Information
Our reception hours are Monday- Saturday 7am-8pm & Sunday from 8am-6pm. A Manager is available on this number outside of these hours until the adjacent. Please note that Reception hours are subject to change depending on trade and public holidays.
Key Cards- Place your room key in the slot next to your door to turn on the power.
Air Conditioning- Your air conditioning has been set to a comfortable 22 degrees. Please do not alter the sitting below 20 degrees.
Check-out- Please vacate your room by 10am on departure day. Late checkouts made by prior arrangements are subject to availability.
Express Check-out- There is an express checkout box on the wall next to the accommodation reception entrance for you to deposit your keys. All outstanding charges will be charged to the credit card provided.
WIFI- Is available free of charge in hotel rooms and common areas. Please select ‘Camden Valley Motel – WIFI’ Network. You will require a password that is available upon request from Reception.
Valuables- Guests are advised that management cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to any valuables, as per the Housekeeper Act. Guests should also note that no liability is accepted for the loss or damage of:
1. Property sent to the hotel prior to arrival or left in the hotel after departure.
2. Articles left in public rooms, corridors or left in hotel rooms.
3. Motor cars and/or their contents left outside the hotel, either on or off premises.
TV- All rooms are fitted with flat-screen TVs offering digital free-to-air channels & selected Foxtel channels.
Do Not Disturb- If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the 'Do not Disturb' hanger on your door handle.
Laundry- There is a washing machine and dryer available in the guest laundry, located behind the 'Camellia Lodge'.
Smoking- There is strictly no smoking in the rooms. All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors and a cleaning fee of $150 will apply if you smoke in the room.
